Mysteria friends seems to fall into that category of comfy anime as it takes a slow but carefully measured pace in putting its very endearing characters through scenarios that are light hearted on the surface but have a good sense of emotional depth and weight behind them. Hopefully we ll get a second season like mysteria lovers or something.
Mysteria friends turned out to be a delightful little series. The way it looks is phenomenal and i m amazed and super jealous because i could never draw like that plus to do that 10 times x30 min. But i also found it quite forgettable and ephemeral.
Overall mysteria friends is definitely not going to be everyone s cup of tea. It plays out on the slow side to the point that some may find it boring. It s delightful charming and heart warming in the way that it entertains and helps you relax.
It s not a show that will stay with me for long and i suspect within a month i ll have forgotten that i ever watched it. But the art was amazing and beautiful a lot of cute scenes and the medieval aspect of it made it more interesting. Wasn t really any plot basically a day in the life of two best friends on the line of becoming more than that at an academy.
They both are absolut cute. Only around 15 minutes an episode but well worth it in my opinion.
